SOCIALS – FILM
The aim of this campaign was to build the employer brand for our client, Forward by creating compelling and emotional stories about working there. Our campaign idea "Make every day matter" highlights the purpose-led and rewarding work you could do there as a carer, nurse or other allied health professional. 
The campaign's first stage utilising organic and paid content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Adwords resulted in a huge increase in interest, applications and brand recognition for Forward. Content was made in static, carousel and video formats.
