Black Friday is one of the biggest opportunities on the retail calendar. Based on results from previous years, the creative direction was a fun 'celebration', playing into Kmart's 'joy everyday'. My role was Creative Lead and awareness was driven through OOH, an influencer campaign, social media, eDMs, paid digital marketing including performance, SMS and app notifications and in-store POS.
